What is the turnaround time?​

Average turnaround time for and order is 7-14 business days

 excluding weekends and holidays. Bulk orders or orders containing bling/epoxy 2+ weeks. I will do my very best to complete sooner. 



 

Can I rush my order?

Rush orders requested before turnaround time will incur an extra $30 charge 



 

What details are needed for my order?

All details should be confirmed during the order process. Please check spelling, dates, sizes, colors, etc during that time. Specific request are appreciated. To ensure that your item is made just how you’d like it, please refrain from granting to me full creative control. 



 

When and how do I pay for my order?

Due to the personalization of your item(s) all payments must be paid in full before I can begin your order. Acceptable forms of payment are PayPal or Cash app. No design will be created before payment is made.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final! Items are handmade and customized just as you request, for this reason there will be no refunds once a payment is made.

Free Shipping on orders over $150

Shipped items must include the total price of shipping and handling in addition to the price of production. Once shipped we hold no control over standard shipping arrival dates.
